Acting as the primary coordinator, we manage the end-to-end supply chain for high-capacity mining equipment, ensuring seamless execution through our robust network of strategic partners. We collaborate with PT Xpertum Henze Karasa as our trusted mining equipment supplier, Meratus Line for comprehensive sea logistics, and PT Abadi Mulia to facilitate reliable inland transportation via container trucks. By integrating these expert services with our systematic project management, we ensure that every asset from sourcing to final delivery meets the highest industrial standards for efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.
Project Timeline (2024–2025)
Project Initiation & Sourcing
Commenced the strategic sourcing phase for high-capacity mining equipment in direct collaboration with our supplier, PT Xpertum Henze Karasa, to ensure all technical specifications were met.
Logistics Planning & Procurement
Finalized procurement agreements and orchestrated the complex logistics planning, coordinating with Meratus Line for sea freight and PT Abadi Mulia for reliable inland container transportation to prepare for transit.
Customs Clearance
Successfully navigated international customs regulations, ensuring all documentation was fully compliant, accurate, and processed without administrative delays to maintain our project schedule.
Final Delivery & Project Handover
Completed the final transit and secure delivery of heavy machinery to the destination site. Conducted a successful project handover, marking the completion of the Malau Mining Project through our integrated supply chain network.
